Account Development Manager – Inbound

The opportunity:

InsideOut Development is seeking an engaging Account Development Manager specializing in inbound lead conversion to join a newly created Account Development team. The Account Development Manager – Inbound will work out of our South Jordan, Utah office and report to the VP Marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide positive, personal contact to everyone that shows interest in InsideOut Development solutions
  • Follow up with inbound leads using a consistent contact cadence including phone, email, social media, and video email (a lot of video email) outreach
  • Respond to live website chats
  • Qualify opportunities for sales using MEDDICC qualification criteria
  • Become knowledgeable about all aspects of workplace coaching and performance
  • Selectively pivot into outbound prospecting for accounts of interest with significant inbound interest
  • Use data to work strategically
  • Specialize in account-based marketing
  • Work with the marketing team to refine the buyer’s journey and identify key questions and topics of interest content marketing can develop to support people along the buyer’s journey


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • No fear of making phone calls
  • Comfortable on camera (video email, it’s the best!)
  • Understanding of B2B sales methodology and comfort in a B2B sales environment
  • Bonus for familiarity with qualification standards such as ANUM, SCOTSMAN, BANT, MEDDIC, etc.
  • Working user knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM
  • Able to prioritize tasks and get the job done
