ENGAGEMENT PROCESS
CoachMasters is designed for small groups of 4-6 InsideOut Coaching graduates and consists of a series of video sessions in tandem with independent exploration and fieldwork. During each session, program participants take part in a professional, coach-led conference call with their fellow team members. They are encouraged to collaborate with, challenge, and learn from their cohorts and build on one another's successes.
The simple process provides CoachMasters participants with structured practice and feedback on real world coaching applications to help them elevate their own performance and that of their teams.
