Solution
InsideOut's Coach Mentoring service provides your managers with one-on-one or small
group mentoring from an InsideOut Performance Consultant. Used either standalone or as a follow-up to the InsideOut Coaching program,

One-on-one mentoring allows managers to talk with someone who can help them
with questions, challenges, and even specific situations. Our InsideOut Performance Consultant can further instruct and
hone a manager's coaching language and methods. Using this service,
managers become skilled at the InsideOut

Value Proposition |
Managers receive one-on-one or small group mentoring to successfully implement the InsideOut Coaching process. |
| John Heck, vice president and general manager of Boldt Construction, says, “Prior to the InsideOut training, when we sat down to negotiate with any of our union employees, the process was often unpleasant, negative, even downright offensive. It’s completely different now, because our employees know how to negotiate and engage in effective communication.” |
