Leadership Development

A Breakthrough in Science::

Isaac Newton’s mathematical laws (the three Laws of Motion and the Law of Gravity) changed the way people understood the workings of the universe. Though taken as the obvious today, these four concise and universal rules were truly revolutionary at the time. By understanding and applying them, Newton was able to unravel many of the unsolved scientific problems of his day.

Organizational leaders are faced with understanding and aligning their organizations with laws that govern the performance of people, teams, and the entire organization. By understanding and aligning vision, strategy, systems, and processes, leaders are able to remove barriers and distractions that get in the way of people solving problems and meeting new challenges. Alignment allows the organization to quickly change directions, do something different, or behave in new ways. As Newton’s laws solved scientific problems of his day, assessing and closing alignment gaps solves many organizational problems of our day.

Once the organization is aligned for optimum performance, leadership must be equipped to mentor and coach employees to give their best efforts. Organizational alignment alone will not help the organization win. Employee engagement, accountability, and coach-readiness drive an aligned organization toward success.

InsideOut's leadership and executive offerings are hinged on the rules that govern organizational alignment and executive performance. Our offerings allow leaders to align both the organizational machine (systems, processes, structures, etc.) as well as the organizational culture (human dimension).
