Recent Brigham Young grad will also focus on communications with facilitators.

AMERICAN FORK, Utah (May 15, 2004) - InsideOut Development, LLC, the world authority in workplace coaching today announced the appointment of Brent McChesney as Project Manager, New Business Development. His responsibilities will also include communicating with InsideOut's workshop facilitator team.

Brent recently received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University where he learned how to focus and exceed expectations.

"When I'm working on a project, I go into what sports physiologists call 'the zone'. My mind becomes focused and I stick with the project until it's accomplished," said McChesney. "I thrive on getting it done and done right."

According to InsideOut senior client manager John Bush, Brent's determination to succeed and focus is a very valuable asset to InsideOut.

"Brent has the ability to understand our clients' business needs," Bush said. "He's good at identifying a problem and finding a solution for it."

Brent's motivation behind his focus and determination is his desire to do a good job. "I take pride in what I do," Brent said. "I want our clients to find value in working with us, as well as value in our offerings."

Brent is the youngest of five children, and home is where he developed his ability to build and maintain friendships. "I've learned the most from my dad; he is my mentor, role model, and the person I look up to," Brent said. "My biggest fear would be to disappoint him."

Brent's innovative ideas, enthusiasm, focus , and motivation bring a lot of value to InsideOut Development. His fun loving personality conveys a southern flair of warmth, natural caring, and humor to the atmosphere.
