Alan Fine
Alan is the founding partner of InsideOut Development and a world authority on how to coach others to achieve breakthrough performance.

Over the past 20 years, his commitment to how people learn and react under pressure led Alan to develop a behavioral model that has been successfully applied to individuals, teams, and organizations in many fields of endeavor. His services have been retained by dozens of leading firms including IBM, Sun Microsystems, Ford, NASA, Proctor & Gamble, and the U.S. Navy.

Alan’s work has been featured in the Sunday Times, Edward de Bono’s book Tactics, and on the television program Business Matters. Recently, he was a contributor to the Drucker Foundation Book, Coaching for Leadership.

Alan first became interested in the science of coaching in the field of sport, where he has worked with Colin Montgomerie, Philip Price, Stephen Ames and many other Ryder Cup and PGA champions. In this capacity, he is currently a columnist for Golf International Magazine and has published two books, InsideOut Golf and Play to Win Golf (with David Feherty).

In addition to his work consulting with Fortune 500 leaders, Alan is also very much in demand as a speaker, where he incorporates an engaging mix of humor and commentary drawn from the performance-driven world of the professional athlete.

Kim Capps
Kim Capps is an experienced executive having held senior management positions in several industry-leading companies. Mr. Capps has extensive experience (domestically and internationally) in management consulting and leadership development with executives in the corporate and public sectors. In a 14-year career with Franklin Covey Company, he held a range of responsibilities including strategy development, sales, sales management, government relations, contract oversight, and intellectual property management and licensing. In his last position at Franklin Covey, he served as the Managing Director for the Federal Programs and Law Enforcement Division. Mr. Capps received his BA in International Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
